01 / MY PROFESSIONAL STORY
I enjoy understanding how an operation really works, finding the friction, and building something that makes the work better.
I’m comfortable being dropped into unfamiliar territory. I get up to speed by going straight into the work, asking questions and following the process until I understand its logic. I want to get beyond the surface: what happens, why it happens, and where it could work better.
I roll up my sleeves and try the process myself. That hands-on understanding helps me connect business and technical teams, translate requirements, coordinate delivery, test solutions and support adoption.
When something needs to happen, I take responsibility for moving it forward. I follow issues through, connect the right people and stay close to the work until the solution is usable. I make decisions with the company’s priorities, resources and long-term interests in mind.
I test carefully before release, check the edge cases and follow problems to their source. A solution has to work for the people using it, so I care about both the underlying logic and the details of their daily experience.
I do my best work when challenge, ownership and learning go together. Give me room to understand a problem deeply and build the solution, and I bring energy, curiosity and commitment. My strongest contribution is where systems, process improvement and project ownership meet.
02 / BEYOND WORK
I like having something to explore,
something to learn, and something to work towards.
Travel gives me new perspectives. From Europe to Asia and the United States, I love discovering how other people live, meeting different cultures and finding the details that make a place its own.
Poland is where my story began. Bari, Italy, is where we had our wedding photoshoot.

I combine running and travel through the SuperHalfs: six cities, six half marathons. Every race is a chance to discover somewhere new and stretch what I can do.
These are goals I’m working towards.
I love mastering recipes with the best ingredients I can find. I enjoy doing the work by hand, understanding each step, and making something carefully rather than relying on ready-made shortcuts.

Hands-on ERP implementation and process design for prototype and serial electronics manufacturing, alongside purchasing, material planning and operational coordination.
Led and developed a team of six, bringing ownership, learning and fair performance management into the way the team worked.
Progressed through logistics analysis, supplier compliance and project delivery, becoming a European TMS key user.
Coordinated repair and calibration orders, specialist service partners, customs clearance, invoicing and electronic documentation. Led and trained team members.
